VoIP zu VoIP ist das vom Provider ja eh unabhängig. Ins PSTN gibt es
zumindest einen von recht vielen Providern benutzten Terminierer, dessen
Sitzungsbeschreibungen T.38 anbieten. Probiert hab ich das Mangels
passender Endgeräte aber noch nicht.
