Klar das heisst ja auch FoIP. Such mal danach oder nimm
T.37 (store & forward) und T.38 (realtime) als Stichworte.

Die aktuelle Grandstream Firmware fuer 286, 486, 487 hat
zumindest die Einstellungen dafuer drin. Breitbandcodec ist
uebrigens Pflicht
